Ben also plays a key role in Zenith’s AI, data and tech offering, being the go-to expert for anything Excel-related. He was instrumental in developing an ‘AI Search Menu of Services’, which will form a core part of Zenith International’s commercial offering going forward. He also takes the time to mentor more junior team members, with his Excel training now compulsory for all new joiners to improve efficiency and technical confidence.
Beyond his client achievements, Ben Co-Leads the Publicis Divergent Minds employee action group, which allows him to support and advocate for neurodivergent colleagues across the UK. This has included speaking on multiple internal and external panels, helping to dispel stigma and support neurodiverse graduates entering the workforce.
