In her role as Head of Commercial at Incubeta, Elizabeth has contributed to Incubeta’s culture by hosting major industry events, including The 2025 Measurement Blueprint in collaboration with Google, which brought together over 100 attendees, nine speakers, and multiple sessions and roundtables. Internally, her work with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee helped strengthen workplace equity initiatives and contributed to Incubeta being recognised as an All In Champion by the Advertising Association, the IPA, and ISBA.

She redesigned Incubeta’s Google Marketing Platform and Technology Consultancy proposition, introducing expanded workstreams that drove a significant increase in new business wins and a sharp rise in deal value year-on-year. I led the pitch team that secured Jet2, delivering impactful results within four months and positioning Incubeta as a strategic advisor to its senior leadership. She also transformed a key enterprise PLC account through a consultative, multi-service strategy, achieving triple-digit percentage revenue growth year-on-year and establishing a long-term strategic partnership. Over the next five years, she aims to become a recognised leader in marketing technology, move into a global leadership role at Incubeta, and champion ethical, responsible AI-driven marketing practices across the industry.
