Emma Charsley
Account Manager , MiQ
Four years ago, Emma had no idea what programmatic even meant. She'd just left the hospitality industry, job seeking with no clear sense of direction. Then she found MiQ, and with it a team and community that inspires me to stay curious, keep experimenting and push each other to new heights every day.
Joining MiQ's AM team as a novice in 2022, she's rapidly developed my skillset across numerous channels and partners. For the past year she's managed one of the largest and most complex portfolios in a team of 25, delivering £1.7m in revenue in Q1 2026 alone, consistently operating at the higher end of revenue per head in the department.
She was one of the UK's first AM's on MiQ Social, thriving on the challenge of navigating a completely new channel for the business. She built the playbook, trained the team and supported activation, turning a brand-new offering into a scalable revenue stream. Since late 2024, this has generated £1.98m in social revenue from Dentsu and £159k in new social revenue from SMRS since September 2025.
Alongside this, she's driven +180% YoY forecasted growth for Brittany Ferries, co-developed an industry-first incremental measurement platform and delivered £171k of incremental upweights in 2025.
Beyond her own patch, supporting my team, both day-to-day and in their longer-term development, is central to how she works. She's been recognised as 'Account Manager of the Quarter' twice and 'MiQ Unsung Hero 2025', reflecting her commitment to combining commercial excellence with practical team work and collaboration. Her goal has never just been to perform well individually; it's to raise the standard around her and make the people and products she works with better for it. She thrives in a growing environment and that is what this industry has given me.
