Haider’s career journey at ROAST is a full-circle story of evolution. Since joining ROAST in 2015 as a foundational apprentice, Haider has navigated a remarkable ten-year trajectory to become the Head of Organic Performance. Today, he leads a global team of 17 specialists - the agency’s largest service offering - while maintaining an industry-leading 95% talent retention rate. Five ‘Roasties’ that Haider personally hired and mentored now hold senior leadership roles. As a natural introvert, Haider leads by empowering others, fostering a culture that has helped ROAST secure a spot on The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list for eight consecutive years. 

A champion of internal progression, Haider pours energy and passion into the ROAST Academy, which is open to any age group 18+ who are hoping to break into the industry. Haider’s desire to dismantle these barriers is proven as he personally mentors our junior hires into senior leadership roles. This focus on stability and 'quiet leadership' has translated into significant commercial success. In 2025, Haider’s strategic overhaul of the Organic Performance process drove a 72% pitch win rate and secured five major website rebuilds through a new integration with sister agency, Kitty. From collaborating on the development of proprietary AI tools like ROASTWriter to defining the future of 'Organic Discoverability,' Haider represents the gold standard of how modern leadership can drive both multi-award-winning culture and sustainable commercial growth.
