Progressing from Account Executive to Account Director, he has focused on evolving ROAST’s identity from a channel delivery partner into a strategic growth engine. James’ role is to bridge the gap between complex performance operations and the high-level growth narratives that Fortune 500 leaders value.
A defining moment in James’ career was representing ROAST on the international stage, leading senior training sessions for enterprise-level clients. The credibility established there was the catalyst for ROAST being appointed to lead the largest brand campaign in our history - a material shift in the agency’s scale and strategic influence.
He has applied that same drive for elevation internally, spearheading the end-to-end transformation of our reporting infrastructure. By securing investment in Funnel and modernising our data capabilities, he has unlocked 2,000+ hours in annual efficiency savings, allowing internal teams to move away from manual tasks and toward the sophisticated, high-value consulting our clients deserve.
In Client Services, James has scaled his revenue contribution by 140% in year two and a further 17% in year three, contributing directly to a 27% surge in agency growth in 2025. Today, he guides brands through a fragmented landscape of Paid Media, SEO, GEO, and AI.
