"Having been awards 30 Under 30 2025, I have experience of writing a winning entry. The things I'd be looking for would be: 1. Results-driven practice. 2. New ideas. 3. Driving inclusion. 4. Honest reflection. Whilst I know that success and achievements is the name of the game, I'm keen to see how they've grown from coming into the industry and what they've learnt, shaping them up to be a future leader that's embedding true learning into their everyday work."
