Karl is driven by a belief that advertising should be a force for good – for clients, people, our industry and society. That mindset has shaped my career and the impact he's delivered at MG OMD, where he leads some of the UK’s most complex public and private sector accounts.

Alongside commercial delivery, he's embedded purpose into MG OMD's culture. He lead MG Gives Back and has transformed it into a core cultural pillar, mobilising 350 colleagues to raise over £30,000, establishing a charity fund that directly supports our people, and building partnerships with 30+ media owners to deliver tangible social impact.

He is also passionate about shaping the future of communications. As founder of the MG Gaming community and one of the youngest members of the IAB Gaming Group, I’ve helped move gaming from niche to mainstream, increasing its use across Government campaigns.

Through mentoring, innovation and leadership, he strives to make our industry fairer, braver and more impactful for the next generation.
