Katy Sharpe is a Founding Partner of Piqniq, a future-facing independent media agency launched in 2024, delivering cross-channel solutions for challenger brands. Piqniq is now the fastest-growing agency in the UK. Previously, Katy was Managing Director at independent agency Guerillascope, where she rose from graduate to MD by the age of 28. During her tenure, she led the agency to win Campaign's Best Place to Work for four consecutive years. A former Campaign Media Week 30 Under 30 winner, Katy is a regular speaker on industry panels and a forthcoming columnist for The Media Leader, championing independent agencies.
