Kelly has spent her whole career in the media and advertising industry, predominantly in client leadership and planning roles both in the UK and across EMEA. Having worked in senior roles at MPG, Havas and OMD, on clients such as PepsiCo, Google, Levi's and McDonald's, Kelly has a wide breadth of network and client experience.
Planning is truly Kelly's passion and even as CEO, she is constantly looking for opportunities to get into the detail of clients' challenges and find new ways to unlock their growth through media.
Kelly has proudly pioneered a transparent and inclusive leadership style - from the centre of a circle rather than the top of a triangle - and has formed new operating models to ensure the business is future-fit.
