Laura Packshaw

Laura has been with OMD UK for 16 years, having first joined the agency through its graduate scheme. She has held a variety of investment roles before stepping into client leadership, taking charge of OMD's largest account, McDonald's, in 2023. In April 2024, Laura was appointed Head of Investment, the first woman to take on the role at OMD. A year later, in April 2025, she was promoted to the board. Laura has featured on Media Week's 30 Under 30 and The Media Leader's Future 100 lists, as well as being shortlisted for the IPA's Women of Tomorrow awards. For her client work, Laura has been recognised at the Thinkbox, Newsworks, and DCM Awards.
