Leannah Crowhurst
Senior Partnerships Manager , Good-Loop
Leannah has quickly established herself as one of the standout commercial talents at Good-Loop. Since joining the business three years ago as a Junior Sales Manager, she has been promoted twice and now operates in a newly created role as Senior Partnerships Manager. In that time, she has combined exceptional commercial performance with a deep commitment to the company’s values and mission.
Over the past year, Leannah has contributed approximately one third of Good-Loop’s total global revenue for 2025/2026, with 52% coming from new business. She has grown key accounts including Cadbury, ASICS and Nestlé, delivering 67% year-on-year growth, while securing new partnerships with brands such as L’Oréal (Garnier and La Roche-Posay), Kärcher, AB InBev (Corona) and Stellantis (Vauxhall). These successes have helped diversify the company’s client base, strengthen relationships with major agency networks including Publicis and WPP, and create more consistent, scalable revenue streams.
Alongside her commercial impact, Leannah has built a reputation for forming trusted relationships across agencies and brands. Her ability to connect authentically with clients has increased Good-Loop’s visibility within competitive planning and buying teams and has helped open doors to new opportunities across network agencies. Her influence was recently recognised publicly by Good-Loop’s CEO and Founder, Amy Williams, who described her as “an absolute powerhouse” on the Campaign Chemistry podcast.
Leannah also plays an important role in shaping strategy, helping expand Good-Loop’s offering into new channels including YouTube and Connected TV, and shifting client partnerships from one-off campaigns toward always-on, long-term collaborations.
Beyond her commercial role, she actively contributes to company culture, mentoring colleagues and volunteering regularly at a West London foodbank - reinforcing Good-Loop’s belief that doing good and doing business should go hand in hand.
