Lucy Daramola

Lucy Daramola has 12 years' experience working within the media and advertising industry and is currently the Account Management Team Lead at Adthena, responsible for the retention and growth of UK/EMEA business. Lucy is also a role model and mentor at MEFA (Media for All), where she sits on the Outreach, Best Practice ERG (Employee Resource Group) & Mentoring committee.

Lucy recently became a Bloom UK member and mentor in 2021. Her views on diversity have been published in Campaign Magazine via an article titled 'We need more diverse talent to thrive in advertising' and she was highlighted as one of Campaign's Media Week 30 Under 30 rising stars in 2016.

Lucy's experiences have been used as a catalyst to advance her career and provide support and guidance to others via online/social content, 1-2-1 mentoring/coaching sessions, industry talks and panels.
