Mariana Marante, Client Services Director, sits on the senior leadership team of Fabric Social, one of the fastest growing social media agencies globally.
 
Over the past 18 months, she's helped lead Fabric through an extraordinary growth chapter - from a social first start-up to a 100+ person, multi-market agency delivering industry defining, gold standard work.
 
She heads up a 30-strong client services department, spread across London, Dublin, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Chicago, managing revenue across global brands including Subway, Vodafone and L’Oréal. In that time, she's led the client services function to deliver 300% YoY revenue growth, achieved 90% team retention, and delivered award winning work, including 20 agency awards in the past 12 months.

Throughout her career, she's championed the commercial value of organic social - demonstrating its role in driving community, cultural relevance and measurable impact in a media landscape where ROI is king.
 
She's passionate about combining commercial rigour with people-first leadership. She's strengthened C-suite client partnerships and helped reposition Fabric from a delivery agency to a true strategic partner, resulting in an NPS score of 9.1 and recognition including Best Large Agency at both the Global and UK Social Media Awards, and The Drum’s top-performing social media agency in 2025.
 
Alongside this, she plays an active role in shaping culture and talent. She's helped define company values, lead cultural initiatives, and mentors emerging talent internally and through Creative Access - championing more inclusive pathways into the industry.
