Before the age of 30, I am an Associate Director of Client Services, sitting on the senior leadership team of one of the fastest-growing social media agencies globally, Fabric Social.
Over the past 18 months, I’ve helped lead Fabric through an extraordinary growth chapter - from a social-first start-up to a 100+ person, multi-market agency delivering industry-defining, gold-standard work, including campaigns such as Currys.
I head up a 30-strong client services department within the agency, spread across London, Dublin, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Chicago, managing £15 million in net revenue across global brands including Subway, Vodafone and L’Oréal. In that time, I’ve led the client services function to deliver 300% YoY revenue growth, achieved 90% team retention, and delivered award-winning work, including a Cannes Lion.
Throughout my career, I’ve championed the commercial value of organic social - demonstrating its role in driving community, cultural relevance and measurable impact in a media landscape where ROI is king.
I’m passionate about combining commercial rigour with people-first leadership. I’ve strengthened C-suite client partnerships and helped reposition Fabric from a delivery-led agency to a true strategic partner, resulting in an NPS score of 9.1 and recognition including Best Large Agency at both the Global and UK Social Media Awards, and The Drum’s top-performing social media agency in 2025.
Alongside this, I play an active role in shaping culture and talent. I’ve helped define company values, lead cultural initiatives, and mentor emerging talent internally and through Creative Access - championing more inclusive pathways into the industry.
Ultimately, my career mission is to shape an industry where commercial success is driven by both performance and genuine human connection.
