Millie has spent her career championing the role of OOH and delivering best in class work for her clients. Just 6 years after entering the industry, she has progressed to now be Talon’s first ever Client Strategy Director, reflecting her ambition and the trust placed in her by clients and colleagues alike.

At Talon, Millie embodies the agency’s values: Bold, Smart and Human. Having managed some iconic brands, she has consistently raised the standard of work for those around her and delivered strong commercial outcomes - successfully pitching for PepsiCo, winning awards (four wins at JCDecaux’s PROOH Live Awards last year for McDonald’s alone!) and driving record breaking ROI, including Pepsi Max’s most successful ROI year to date. Her commitment to doing the fundamentals brilliantly is helping to foster a culture of excellence at Talon and beyond.

In her current role, Millie is using her influence to educate and strengthen the role of OOH across the industry. Most recently hosting a Less Healthy Foods panel with Global, JCDecaux and Transport for London, and collaborating with Heart & Science, Global, Thinkbox, OMD and Havas to launch Talon’s Multi Channel Masters education series, she is committed to helping teams better understand how OOH fits within an increasingly complex media landscape.

Looking ahead, Millie plans to continue flying the flag for Outdoor by not only driving the channel forward but also building belief in the people shaping its future. She is committed to helping others grow the confidence to ask questions, back themselves and secure OOH a seat at the table of strategic conversations. By combining rigour with empathy, and excellence with encouragement, Millie aims to help cultivate a generation of leaders who are proud to stand beside her - strengthening OOH together and future proofing the industry for what comes next.
