Nick Moar, 23, is Head of New Media at dmg media, where he leads the company’s social publishing division. In under a year, he has built a team of more than 80 creators, producers and strategists focused on developing platform-native content for younger audiences.
Under his leadership, the division has launched new creator-led formats, built distinct social brands, and developed scalable partnerships with major global advertisers. The business now delivers billions of monthly video views and is rapidly becoming a key growth engine within dmg media.
Nick began his career at dmg media working in audience strategy and played a role in the launch of the company’s subscription product. He later identified the opportunity to build a social-first publishing model within the organisation and was tasked with building the business from the ground up.
He now leads strategy, content, and growth for the division, helping one of the UK’s largest publishers adapt to a new era of creator-led media.
