Nicola brings 25 years' agency experience and for the last four years leading global B2B media at Publicis Groupe, with a track record of building integrated media strategies that scale internationally. She is passionate about growing talent, mentoring colleagues across the business and most recently sponsoring the BRIM sponsorship programme, and contributes to industry thinking as a member of LinkedIn's B2B Big Minds Collective. Nicola combines strategic rigour with a hands-on approach to nurture the next generation of media leaders. In her spare time she skis avidly and is currently working towards her floristry qualifications.

I'm looking for media leaders who combine bold creativity with measurable impact - those who have disrupted, driven growth, changed industry practices and can demonstrate results. I'll will also be looking for smart use of technology and data and evidence of leadership and mentorship within their teams. Above all, I'm looking for people whose work creates lasting, scalable change and shows the potential to shape the future of media.
