Rosie Wishart

Effectiveness Business Director , MG OMD

I have built my career around championing equity, curiosity and measurable impact, shaping culture, capability and commercial growth across OM. As co‑chair of the OM UK Social Mobility ERG for five years, I’ve helped move support from ad‑hoc initiatives to structured, repeatable programmes, embedding financial wellbeing, access and long‑term development into how the business supports its people. I’ve also extended this impact externally, building an industry‑first partnership with MediaSmart and creating new pathways into media for underrepresented talent, including programmes supporting women returning to work after domestic violence, unemployment or maternity leave.

Alongside cultural impact, I’ve reshaped how the agency approaches data, effectiveness and innovation. Between 2022 and 2024, I completed an 18‑month Data Analytics programme, developing skills in Python, SQL and PowerBI, alongside retaking my Maths GCSE. This learning fundamentally redirected my career, enabling me to design, build and sell data‑led solutions that drive commercial value. I’ve led the development of tools including the Category Entry Points Profiler and a Geo‑Intelligence dashboard now being rolled out across multiple clients, and I act as agency lead for QA and development of OM’s proprietary datasets, including the Attention Panel.

In my first 16 months on the Pets at Home account, I reshaped how effectiveness is measured, directly influencing budget allocation, proving the incremental value of DCO, and unlocking new local investment and revenue streams. I’ve also pioneered new Unified Video and Outdoor measurement frameworks, raising the sophistication of effectiveness thinking across the account and agency.

Recognised as a WACL Talent Award winner, I’m continuing to build product‑led, commercially viable solutions that translate emerging technologies into practical value. Through innovation, mentorship and leadership, I aim to shape a more accessible, accountable and future‑ready industry.
