Serhat Ekinci

Serhat was one of the Trailblazer of the Future (Campaign Magazine) winners and was named on the iList of Industry Inclusivity Game Changers (IPA), but it doesn't stop there - he is also a mentor at MEFA (Media For All) and Bloom UK, and a Board Advisor for 14 Consulting. Since joining OMG UNITE, Serhat has witnessed agency growth with its client base booming from 2 to 50+ and growing a team of 2 to 20. Most notably, the division has gone from 1 award in 7 years to 8 awards in 3, including Best Marketing Campaign (European Diversity Awards), Advanced Award for Diversity (BIMA Awards) and Public Sector and Charities (Campaign Media Awards).
